For the 4th year in a row we have had the privilege of photographing the Park Hill Courtwarming candidates in the studio. We design a display poster print that is hung in the school to promote the event, shown below.

The Smithville Middle School Winter Dance is always a fun event for us to photograph! We enjoy coming up with a different background every year for these young middle schoolers. Their attitudes come across like they have waited all year for just this special event, to be photographed with their friends and buddies. We would like to thank Becky Mast, the sponsor of the winter dance, for all her assistance! We would also like to thank Mrs. Bargman and her son and Mrs. Kruger and her daughter for helping us break down the set-up and haul it all out! Once again, we would like to thank all the athletes and coaches of the Smithville High School wrestling and boys and girls basketball teams for the opportunity to photograph you! It seems like the popularity of the father/daughter dance keeps growing every year, since we started doing the dance four years ago. Chirs, and a crew of three ladies photographed over 100 father/daughter couples. That’s a lot of photographs in two hours! I need to brag on them. They did a super job! We welcome your comments, too. I also would like to thank Petra Williams, the STUCO sponsor, and all her students for their support! Thank you, especially to all the dads and their beautiful little ladies! First, I would like to thank Kevin Kendall, a good friend of mine, for helping us out in using the Harley-Davidson Plant Museum to photograph the Platte County Cheerleaders. Also, a GREAT big thank you to John Mink, Harley-Davidson’s Communications Director, for helping me with the arrangements. I look at it as a once in a lifetime opportunity. Thank you also to Gail Martin, Platte County’s cheerleader coach, and thank you to all the girls and their parents.
