This family of three were a real blast to work with!!  They are BIG Royals fans, as you can see in the images of one of their outfit choices.  Again, you can see the variety of poses and outfits you have with your family portrait in our studio!  Check out Andrea in the pink Converse shoes.  It’s her favorite color!  Again, you were lots of fun to work with and thank you for the opportunity to photograph your family!

We had the privilege of photographing Collin’s sister last year!  And here is Collin, now, getting ready to graduate!  Collin is into tennis and he also dabbles a bit in magic.  Unfortunately he didn’t bring any of his magic tricks with him for the session, but he brought some cool tricks when he came to view his photographs!  I was impressed!  He brought his tennis gear and we did some cool images with it.  Check out the HDR images we did with his tennis gear….pretty cool.  Collin is going into the U.S. Army this coming summer!  He is kinda following in his dad’s footsteps, except that his dad is in the Navy.  Collin, we wish you the best serving our country in the U.S. Army!

Let me tell you, Austin is a very funny man!  He kept us entertained throughout the photo session, as you can see in some of his images!  Austin is into vocal music.  He sings with the Platte County Sound Express and he's also into Drama and Theatre Arts!  Austin, you are one the most smily and funny young men I have photographed in some time!  We wish you the best with your future plans!  Keep Smiling?

Smithville High Track - 4/3/17

  • Published May 17th, 2017 by rudys

Thank you to coach Leslie for coordinating the track photographs again this year.  We originally had plans to photograph the team outdoors, but the good old weather was not in our favor!  Soooo, we did our virtual technique!  And you ask, "What is a Virtual technique"???  It’s where we photograph each athlete on a blue screen and we drop the stadium background behind them…pretty cool…But LOTS of post production work on the back end. The hard work pays off, though!  Some people LOVE IT, and some don’t, but it sure beats rescheduling 70-some track athletes, especially at this time of year when the weather is so unpredictable and time is of the essence!  Thank you to all the athletes for their cooperation on picture day!
